Is it possible to reproduce the ovarian cells from stem cells and cell embrios(embrionic cells) ?
Bio-artificial development and reproductions of organs has quite well improved in last years. It is very essential for our lives and health care possibilities.
When it comes to female/male reproductiory systems, things are getting a little bir more complex. While all cells in the body, occurs with the mitosis of the cell, so copying the genetic material of itself. The reproductive cells go through a process which called meiosis, that is main reproductory cells(ovarian cells) produce the reproductory cells(gamets) in periods.
And all these gamets produced in ovarian cells are genetically unique. So this is why the all individuals are unique and identically different than each others.This is why siblings are different than each others from same parents.

This amazing part of the nature and creation but also this is the hard part to achieve in the bio artificial ovarian cells studies and bioengineering studies. To understand the natural mechanism, let’s have a look at the mechanism of the mitosis and meiosis:
Mitosis: It is the creation of new cells during from zigot to adulthood during all life. It is important to the development of an individual and all body parts during growth period and in adulthood it replaces old and worn-out cells throughout our lifes. The goal of mitosis is to produce daughter cells that are genetically identical to their mothers, with not a single chromosome more or less.
Meiosis:
Cell division occurs twice during meiosis. One mother cell can produce four gametes (eggs or sperm). In each round of division, cells go through four stages: prophase, metaphase, anaphase, and telophase.
In meiosis, prophase, metaphase, anaphase and telophase occur twice. The first part of division is about specific processes as crossover of DNAs and more specificly related with the meisosis. After that, the second round is more like mitosis. In mitosis, prophase, metaphase, anaphase and telophase occur once. Chromosomes condense and the centrosomes begin to form an early spindle.
During these meiosis process the genetics material of DNA combine with each others with including chromatit ties and genetically transfer the genetics. Tombine and unify with its own parts of DNA and then these chromatin ties leaves and they begin to match and form themselves. So these random combinations make each of gamet individually unique and different than each others.
I would like to take your attentions, this is still before mating of a couple. This is the production, creation process of a gamet(egg or sperm) of a female or male.
In many ways, meiosis is a lot like mitosis. The cell goes through similar stages and uses similar strategies to organize and separate chromosomes.
The hard part is this simply natural process is quite complex maybe includes some random combinations.
THE GOOD PART
The good part is all cells in the body is a copy of the one cell that is called zigot. And all body cells are created with mitosis. When female egg and male’s sperm mate each others these two cells create one cell- the individual- which called zigot. So simply to say, the all body parts and organs occurs with the multipication of this one cell. And these cells, experience mitosis, mitotic multipication, even the ovarium and ovarian cells.
These identical cells differantiate in some levels as tissue and organs as some body parts with the activations of various gene groups but all the cell nucleus and DNA of these cells are identical with the each others and one cell- zigot.
So it means that these cells which experience the meiosis are being created- produced with the mitotic reproduction.
And all of these processes are called as EMBRIYONIC DEVELOPMENT and EMBRIYONIC DEVELOPMENTAL PROCESS
THE HOPE AND EMBRIYONIC DEVELOPMENTAL PROCESSES
AND THE HOPE IS improvements in the Bio-artificial embrio development studies experienced some significant improvements and advances. A group of young researchers and scientists has succeeded to create an embrio with bio materials that which has a brain, a heart is with heartbeats. It is being told that the for now bio artificial embrio contributes to the studies and researches about the better understandings of embrionic developmental processes.
These developments in embrionic developmental processes and also stem cell and regenerative stem cell studies are a real hope. The parental cells-sexual- reproductive cells may be created in future in early embriyonic developmental processes and the creation of these embrionic cells, tissues and organs may be a real hope for our world.
There are lots of female and males which losted their ovaries and everybody maybe under a risk of these kind of health issues, accidents and unexpected events which may cause the removal of the ovaries from the body. So reproduction and replacement of these cells, these organs and/or the creation of these cells and recuperation of these gamet cells (egg cells and sperm cells) would be a milestone in the our lives. This would also be a milestone in the science history.
